Domino's Pizza

We have ordered from here probably 7 times and they have gotten it correct maybe once. We end up missing items or with incorrect items. Tonight we only received 5 out of 6 boxes, and one of the boxes was literally an empty pizza box and are not answering their phone.

Our experience was HORRIBLE!!!!! Andrew the new manager hung up when we complained that our order was prepared to deliver at 7:10pm and not delivered until 8:50 pm. We placed our order at 6:45pm and got our food 2 hours later. It was cold and hard and on top of that WRONG! We were missing a box and got something we didnt order in one of our boxes. I called to have the manager fix it and instead of fixing the problem he argued with me and said none of this was his fault and hung up. Before he ended the call I asked can you have the delivery driver bring the correct items back since thats what we paid for? and he didnt show up. So about a 30 minutes after he hung up on me I called back since the delivery driver never showed and he said he was on his way. DELIVERY NEVER DELIVERED OUR TWO ITEMS WE PAID FOR. ANDREW WAS SERIOUSLY AWFUL AND NOT MANAGEMENT MATERIAL. He clearly cant handle conflict when his employees screw up and cant figure out how to make it right. We will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

I originally reviewed this location a couple years ago. The store has changed management a few times over the years (the new general manager, Amanda, is fantastic) and we've seen different faces delivering our food as well (Sara is absolutely fantastic - such an amazing gem) but one thing that never changes - this Dominos location will always provide a great lunch/dinner for an unbeatable price and consistently is fresh, hot and delicious. I try to stick with local businesses when possible, and while yes Dominos is a large pizza chain, the staff and location keep the small town feel and customer focus that you'd typically find with smaller mom 'n pop restaurants. The staff is genuine and cares about your experience and I'll continue to be a Dominos customer for years to come.
