      image Went to the gym to get a membership, door was locked but a member of the gym was there and informed me that its appointment only. Ive had a membership before in Spring Lake and this was not the case so I wasnt aware. She stated the lady was in the office so I waited outside, called twice with no answer and left a voicemail. Its been 3 days now and still no call back. Im going to try another location to get my membership but Caledonia is closest to where I workout. I like Snap but so far not impressed with the administration at this location.
