Assembly line care. Staff publicly states to their patients that they don't like providing care for anyone who has medicaid. I was shamed by multiple hygienists at multiple different appointments for having medicaid at the time. I received two threatening text messages, requesting I call the office by noon to confirm my appointment or i will be removed from their care. I set the appointment up and confirmed. why do i also have to call?? Why ask me to confirm if youre going to harass me for days? Though I've repeatedly told them I work 3rd shift, they reply with "our policy, our rules." HEIDI is VERY disrespectful. She hung up on me twice and then lied and said it's their policy to hang up on anyone that yells. I didn't raise my voice and the call was on speaker phone! You'll know it if im yelling. Every time I go in the office, this woman is blatenly rude to patients in the waiting room and she's rude when she's on the phone with patients. I was told that I can't make a complaint. I was told to wait for a Becky to call me. I left a message and got no response. I was told that you can only make complaints via Becky from 8a-4p if and when she's available. Heidi answers the phone and she supposedly handles the complaints. You're not allowed to make a written complaint and the person you complain about has access to whether or not you even get to make a complaint. Heidi said it's their policy. FYI, YOU WORK IN A MEDICAID DENTAL OFFICE. YOU CHOSE TO WORK THERE. YOU CHOSE TO ACCEPT MEDICAID. IF YOU THINK EVERYONE ON MEDICAID IS A LOSER, CHANGE YOUR PRACTICE! IF YOU DONT LIKE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC, GET A NEW JOB. QUIT ACTING LIKE YOUR LIFE SUCKS BECAUSE PEOPLE HAVE MEDICAID AND YOU DONT. NOT EVERYONE ON MEDICAID IS A LOSER. AND NOT ALL OF THEM HAVE ROTTEN TEETH. DISCRIMINATION IS ILLEGAL. One quick call to the state of michigan may suffice this situation. Too many medical professionals acting bigger then thou. DONT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC IF YOU DONT HAVE PROPER BED SIDE MANNER. YOU WOULDNT BE GETTING PAID FOR HAVING A DEGREE IF YOU DIDNT HAVE PATIENTS TO TREAT. YOUR WELCOME FOR BRIGGING YOU BUSINESS. HEIDI NEEDS TO BE FIRED. SHES ALWAYS BEEN RUDE AS LONG AS IVE BEEN THERE. WHICH IS OVER 6 YEARS. IM STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM A "BECKY"...
