        Professional, good communication- they look out for your safety and assurance in their work; Jason and Trevor along with their teams have done a great job so far on our unfortunate fire, we are still actually in the process as of writing this review, however we feel that we can trust our belongings with this team!         Had water in my basement due to a sump pump failure. Rainbow Restoration responded quickly (on a Saturday) and installed fans and a heater to dry up the water. It was a multi day project and there were a number of employees arriving daily to review the progress. Everyone that I had contact with was professional and friendly and were very prompt when they said they would be arriving. Communication was outstanding! Good group of people, highly recommend!
