        Carrie and the coaching staff at All-N-stride provide the highest caliber skating technique instruction around, both on treadmill and on ice. Her proven approach, focusing on form, and stride mechanics generates clear results in skating power, edge control and confidence. And provides a heck of an interval workout as well. Carrie and her coaches have trained my son since he was a Squirt, and every year they approach it with age appropriate, encouraging, and fun ways to keep him engaged and pushing to be his best.
