        Slum lords of the highest degree. Unable to provide clean water, constant gaps in being able to simply depend on my facet to provide clean drinkable water I pay for is only the start of my issues. The only thing you can depend on being a constant is having your wife consistently complain about maintenance peering in our windows. The management defended this creep but the subtle exits shortly after spoke volumes. Peering into a homes windows is a felony level sex crime. When I raised that issue management did nothing forcing me to move. After selling my trailer I've been consistently harrased via phone calls *I have had corporate reach out to me after this review. The representative agreed Also not priory mentioned maintenance improperly stickered my vehicle to be towed "my complaints were warranted, that the issues were not properly addressed and it was brushed under the rug and they would be addressing it. " Throughout this call I was consistently pressured to remove my negative review. Until they relented and admitted that "no that would not be acceptable" I look forward to hear back from them.*

        I was extremely interested in a unit they have for rent, I have sent in an application, left a voicemail, and sent two emails over the last week and have not heard back. All I have received was an automated email telling me to go fill out an application. (I had a week ago, and the website says it says 1 business day to process)

      Hi Jake, We are sorry that you look back at your experience in this light. Whenever our property experiences a water line break or other loss of pressure, we are required by the State of Michigan to advise residents to boil water until lab results confirm and give an all clear. This is mandated by the state for the health and safety of all residents, and the rule applies to every municipality, not just our community. We understand the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during those periods. In the course of their jobs, members of our maintenance team will need to be in various areas of the property, but not peering into windows. As we advise all residents and guests, if you observe any dangerous or illegal behavior, please report it to law enforcement and then to our office. We care about the safety and comfort of all of our residents are are here to provide a beautiful community everyone is proud to call home.
