Every interaction I've had with the folks from Michigan Critical Power has been positive. Their crew is experienced, diligent, and professional. Their work to keep our older generator running has undoubtedly saved us thousands of dollars and brought peace of mind to our family. Their service is worth more than what they charge because they actually care if you're left out in the cold or not.

Michigan Critical Power is an excellent company, from the first contact to the installation of the standby generator. Teamwork, competency, straight answers to questions,caring for the customer, even cleanup,they are the top company that I have used in years for any project. I highly recommend John and is team to anyone concerned or needing help with power in this turbulent age.

I lovr my Cummins generator! It was a bit intimidating at first for a 75-yr-old lady, and I had an issue with my first outage, but Michigan Critical Power was fabulous and I'm thrilled with their commitment to their customers, knowledge, and availability, as well as their generators. My Cummins ran the house wihout having to cut back on usage at all: AC, well, sump, refrigerators, freezer, computer, lights, TV, etc all ran perfectly. Consumers initially scheduled power restoration in about 8 hours, then added 12 and another 12 and another 12; without a great generator that might have been a disaster. Peace of mind - knowing that I'll have water, won't lose food, won't lose heating or cooling, won't risk basement flooding, and knowing that if something goes wrong this company has my back - those things are well worth the investment.
