Surf Internet

Last fall they went all around town to install fiber everywhere. They said they would do everything they could to minimize damage to the yard, however they didnt even use plywood to protect their equipment from damaging the yard as I saw from my camera. They did not fill in the large indents with dirt, they only threw some seed down and some straw. I contacted them to come back out to fix again but they never did and its now supposed to be fixed this spring but we will see. Ive been contacted many times, though, by mail and phone to join their internet services and Im not interested based on both their care of my yard and their prices. I can get more than double the speeds with AT&T over fiber.

My experience had been 100% positive. Internet has been up 100% of time in 3-4 months and speeds and stability have blown away my prior provider (Xifinity) where service was slow, inconsistent at best, and the price was considerably higher. I am surprised to see any negative reviews as myself and most neighbors have all made the switch and had the same positive experience with Surf.

Shout out to Josh with Surf Internet who got our new service up and running today, thank you!!! There have been some growing pains getting the fiber service up and running in our neighborhood, and every tech so far just files some paperwork saying that the line is not lit up yet (2 months now). Josh, however, figured it out, got it fixed, and now we're up and running with much better internet than we used to have through Xfinity. Thanks again Josh!

Josh with surf internet, is going out of his way to help my grandpa with his special needs. I cant thank him enough for helping my grandpa. This guy needs to be a manager if not already! A+
