I normally don't like to write reviews but I did get excellent service from Aaron. I was shopping around for Home Owners insurance and my old insurer dropped us because they were pulling out of the Michigan market. I contacted several insurance companies and got various quotes that I thought were unbelievable. One as high as 9K a year but Andrew got me Home insurance bundled with auto for 1800 a year which was a huge difference. He does respond back to you promptly and answers any questions you have. I can' t really speak on any claim pay out or if the process is smooth and hassle free. But I did get a good rate, if I ever need to file a claim I'll update how it goes. However I won't have to any time soon. But overall the rate was great and the coverage is great as well. I've had State Farm, Progressive, Liberty and I like Allstate the most so far.
