I called Arrow Heating yesterday morning as our furnace was having issues. They called back within an hour, and were at my house shortly there after. The service was phenomenal. I was educated on what was being done and given steps to prevent issues in the future. The gentleman who came did not try to sell me anything, just took care of the issue and even went above and beyond. The price for the service call, especially given how quickly they arrived, was crazy reasonable. Whenever we have issue and/or need to replace the units going forward, we will be going with Arrow. Extremely Impressed.

This place rocks! I called 8 hvac companies this morning with a specific request. None of them could accommodate. Bob was my 9th call and he helped me out immediately. He had the parts I needed in stock and now I have a working furnace! I will be calling him for all future needs from now on. Thanks so much!

Hands down the place you want to use. I had some furnace issues that I couldn't figure out. I called at 7 am and they picked up, asked about the issues and schedule time right away. Aside from fixing the immediate issue they left me with some pointers about maintaining my system, some easy updates I could make towards code compliance, cleaned my temp sensors, and set me up with a new filter. Arrow will be getting my future business

I highly recommend Arrow Heating & Air Conditioning. Bob and his son Jason installed a complete HVAC system in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail they provided throughout the entire process was a breath of fresh air. I had 4 HVAC companies come to my home and give me quotes to replace my very tired 20 year old HVAC system. All the other companies sent sales representatives to provide quotes and to sell me on the most expensive systems they offered. Bob at Arrow was the only contactor to give an honest acessment of what I needed. He didn't try to oversell me on products or services I didn't need. He also told me that he would make changes to my system that would make it work better and be more efficient. I'm so grateful I found Arrow Heating & Cooling. Hiring Bob and his son's was the best decision !
