Bought a 2022 Toolcat with several attachments, warranty expired in October and the machine is on a remote property with a sensor error and Carleton wants to charge a good customer highway robbery rates to come repair it. Ask about their tech travel rates before purchasing anything there because their travel rates are enough to demonstrate that they care about their customers enough to make a sale but once that sale is done you will be on your own. Will never purchase a piece of equipment or attachment here ever again and I will steer my clients far far far away from them in the future.
