        Both the staff and facility were on point! They were so kind and friendly and had patience. We came to them for help putting our old dog down and it couldn't have gone smoother! Cannot thank them enough for everything they did!

        Absolutely, the worst place to take an injured pet. The worst service possibly! Get more staff if you can't keep up. No one should have to wait 6 hours to be seen when they have an injured pet.

        We were visiting my elderly parents on Michigan that weekend. Our dog started having trouble breathing out of nowhere, no health issues and only just turned 4 years old. They diagnosed our dog, helped stabilize him enough to where we could go back to Columbus Ohio, to OSU vet for emergent surgery. He had a spontaneous Pneumothorax caused by a weak spot on his lung. We are pleased to say he survived surgery and is doing so well! He had a portion of his right lung removed via sternotomy. We are now almost 4 weeks post-op and he's acting like his self again, but still under some activity restrictions. Thank you so much for the emergency care you gave our beloved Toryn (a Gordon Setter), and communicating with OSU Vet hospital so they would be ready to receive him into their care. We can't say enough good things about your emergency hospital. Thank you so for the work you do. You helped save our dog! He's a happy boy again with an excellent lifetime ahead of him!

        Love this place! I came in with my dog and thought he was dying seemed something neurological. Debra was amazing and kept me updated that he was stable so I could relax a little in the waiting room. Dr. Ricketts quickly was able to assess him and realize he had toxicity from CBD lotion. Gave him some nausea medication and some fluids and had us on our way.
