I have actually been using Jackson Hewitt for the past 2tears about to be 3 years now , I absolutely love the folks that work there, they are really nice funny and help me by answering any questions

Jackson Hewitt burton is the absolutely WORST Jackson Hewitt I've ever used, and I've only done my taxes through Jackson Hewitt. About two weeks ago JACKSON HEWITT called me and asked if I'd like to file early with my last paycheck stub, and they set me up a appointment, I went in on the day of my appointment and the lady at the desk told me they weren't running that promotion anymore even tho they  called me and asked me to book the appointment, and said I would need my w-2 to file. I got my w-2 and went to the grand Blanc Walmart location where the lady said she was booked for the day, but they had nothing booked for that day at the court street location, so I decided to go there, when I got there I found a empty booth, I called them and they then told me that location was also booked for the day, after telling me they had a clear schedule. So then I decided to go the court land mall location, when I got into the office it was empty besides the employees, I asked the lady if I could do a drop off, she let out a scough  and said I guess I can just do them now,  it took about 10 min and the whole time her and the other co workers were just repeatedly complaining about how long of a day they had and how they couldn't wait to leave and this was at 3pm in the afternoon, I felt like such a inconvenience, I don't feel like they tried at to get me the money back I deserve, I'm a single working mom of 3 kids no fathers involved and normally I get no less then 10,000 back, she only got me 650 dollars back. If I were you I wouldn't use them they are a waste of money, I'm getting 300 and something back after paying them for 10 min to do nothing for me.                                                                 Jamie Barnes                                                                    ( burton MI)

Jackson Hewitt burton is the Absolute WORST Jackson Hewitt Employees Ive ever encountered. About two weeks ago I got a call from Jackson Hewitt asking me if I wanted to set up a appointment to come in and file only using my last paycheck stub, so I made the appointment and when I went to the appointment that they asked me to make they then told me that promotion was no longer going on and that I would need my w-2 to file and make another appointment, so about a week later later I received my w-2 and went to grand Blanc Walmart to do a walk in where I was told she was booked for the day, but that the court street Walmart had a completely clear schedule for the day, so I thanked her and went to the court street Walmart where I found a empty Jackson Hewitt booth so I called then and then was informed that they were actually booked for the whole day, then i decided to try to do a drop off at the Courtland mall location, I walked into the office and they said they could do them for me then, and I appreciated it because finally they were doing something. First off the lady was rude, she made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was a inconvenience for coming in at 3pm to do my taxes after their office gave me the run around, every year Jackson Hewitt has been able to get me 10,000 + this person and this year me working and being the only person caring for my 3 kids they got me a whopping 660 dollars for my return, and wouldnt let me claim head of household even tho I am, and on top of only being able to get me basically nothing back, I say their and heard how this person was so ready to go home over and over for the whole 10 minutes it took her to do them, Im done using this company worst customer service ever, if I could give ZERO stars I would because thats what Jackson Hewitt burton deserves.
