KFC

Each time I go here, I find the staff aren't very courtesy or professional. My order was missing an item, and when I went back in to get my missing item I paid for, they handed it to me with no apologies for the inconvenience of driving back up to KFC.

I ordered quite a bit of food, spent quite a bit of money and chicken wasn't that good. Breading off and biscuits coldPlace is usually decent but wasn't to par that night.

My name is Misty Spencer so we can make this clear of who this is putting this very poor review up the only reason why I wanted to finish my sentence that I was not allowed to finish as I was wanting my points back that I used during the online order as the rest follows you will see why I am very upset I placed my order online I paid for it my husband went to pick it up they told my husband that they had to cancel the whole entire order which was fine but when I called to talk to somebody before I could even finish saying what I was saying she was trying to cut me off and I said please let me finish saying what I'm saying and she got snotty with me saying you don't got to be rude proceeded to hang the phone up on me I called back a million times she hung the phone up on me a million times I am calling corporate and I do have a timestamp I do have the amount of times that I have called up there and I will be sure that this person has repercussions for the way she has poor customer service

This KFC used to be good, busy when it first opened, but it was always good. As time went on, it had some issues. Typical for fast food now a days. The last few times I tried to go here, I turned around and left. On two separate occasions, I was greeted so RUDELY over the speaker on the drive thru, i had to drive off. The last time, I thought to go inside to place my order. The place was a mess, I stood there, not being acknowledged, there was no other customers, i just left. Before these last few times, my orders were fine. Granted, rudeness was pretty common over the past year or so, but it was never this bad. There's a REAL problem with the KFCs in this area.
