        This morning in Toledo, OH one of your drivers was driving recklessly aggressive, wasnt even tailgating him. I was doing 60mph on the interstate and he is break-checking me and even drove all the way onto the shoulder of a busy highway to try to pull me up along side of him. You need to remind this person that he has your company name on the side of his one ton and that he should be fired if he is going to use it as a weapon! If this is the character of people you employ then they have earned you this lonely 1 star.

        Ok, so heres the deal. I have been buying campers from General RV for 15 years or so. I have owned entry travel trailer to desel pusher and tri axle toy hauler 5th wheel. Needless to say I am familiar with General RV sales and service department. I have had service in Birch Run, Wixom, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and now Brownstown. After every purchase (until now) the General has left a not so pleasant after taste. Between things not fixed right and poor quality service I constantly said never again . All of that changed with my purchase in Brownstown. So much so, I had my parents buy a new 5th wheel there this week. Tonia in service is AMAZING. The best service experience I have ever had at General. Communication regularly about status, superb fixed right the first time service, and great attention to detail. Tonia and everyone in the service department has revived my confidence in people that care about their customers. Thank you Tonia and team.
