        Everywhere was booked the night before school started, but luckily the great clips on Allen and west roads got us in, quick in and out. Great sport, was great with my 7 year old. She deserved all her tip and MORE!

        Waited 2 hours in online checkin. When we got the text message to come so we did. When we got in we were told to come back in 30-45 minutes because there was 5 people in from of us. I don’t understand how you knew there were 5 online people ahead of me without asking my name…I tried to tell her that the app told us to come in , but she just kept repeating to us that they were the only two people there and not listening to what I was trying to say. What’s the point of online check in if they keep pushing the times back? I felt very rudely treated and will no longer use this establishment.

        The staff are hard workers I understand it's short staffed everywhere I appreciate the business and the people who are working and doing their best with what staff they have everyone needs to be patient every where they go

        I checked in online with a 10 minute wait because that's what great clips recommends. So I finish my lunch and walk over 10minutes later only to be told 4 people came in and now my wait is 30 minutes or so. What is the point of checking in online? It's worthless. The lady was rude and inconsiderate and said she has no idea why anyone checks in online anyways. This was horrible I won't ever give great clips my business again
