School Street Villas

I am only sharing my feedback specifically in regards to my Grandma's apartment located in the Senior Complex. After reading the other reviews about the Mill Pond Family & Senior Apartments, I feel that Family Apartments are more in need of some TLC. I've lived in this area my entire life, and it's always been the case at Mill Pond 'Family' Complex. The Seniors... and a (few younger people) that occupy the building my Grandma resides in has a lot of TLC! They all seem to do their part to look out for one another and actually communicate very effectively amongst each other as a community for the overall betterment of health for all. I've also heard some really great stories from the residents here!Never too dull of a moment! ... Oh, maintenance was very responsive and actually had 3 light bulbs and/or fixtures fixed within 24 hours of contacting them with the issue:) I also feel it's safe where my Grandma is... that's huge. If it wasn't, she certainly wouldn't be staying there!

The apartments not bad management is only around twice a week got nosey people watching and waiting to turn someone in place needs a little tlc good thing is school is right there walking distance to town most people seem nice not allowed to have any kind of pet

I am giving it a one star only so i can write a review. My friend lives here and has no hot water for over a week. During a pandemic no less!

Needs some tlc and an update to appliances i have seen 2 apartments here and both have had dated appliances. Though its close to a school play ground for kids.
