Update: reduced from 2 stars to 1 star after owner responded. Sandy's claims are blatant lies. Do not use this accountant. You will regret it if you own a business. ------------------------- Used the service 1 year. Discontinued after lack of professional behaviors. Used for personal and business taxes. 1. Sandy does not return emails or phone calls in timely manner. 2. Sandy misplaces documentation sent to her via email. 3. The entire process is paper. No digital options. 4. Does not conduct a thorough investigation to lower taxes. The bottom line, we saved $3K by using H&R block. What does that tell you?

I have been having my taxes done here for 10 years. Sandy is friendly but very professional. Sandy and her staff are consistently up to date on current tax law and upcoming changes. Several years ago, the IRS denied one of my forms and Sandy was on it immediately. She contacted the IRS and got the issue resolved in my favor within days. I trust this office because I know they will always be there for me.
