Bev was amazing to work with. She knows the Michigan and Florida markets and is an expert on the neighborhoods in the Naples area. Bev is a go-getter. When you find the perfect house together, she will do everything she can to make it happen. Bev is not one of those passive Realtors. We bought our home in Naples in a complete Seller's market with very little inventory. Bev was aggressive in getting us in for showings and making sure our offer set us up for success. Early in the process, she listened to what was important to us and her recommendations supported the fact that she listened and heard us. Bev is a good person, she is professional and well respected in the community. She worked long hours to help us resolve an issue that arose during the process and even engaged the Owner of the Title company to assist. She definitely went far above and beyond what I think most Realtors would do. I highly recommend Bev if you are ready to buy and need someone to work hard for you.
