    Buyer beware. I ordered this item in September and was so excited because it looked amazing. It arrived very damaged and I was sad. It took quite a while to ship and didnt arrive until mid October. Contacted the shop and was offered a refund or replacement. I wanted a replacement if it could be shipped and arrive intact. I was told a replacement was started. After receiving no contact/update or item I contacted them again requesting a refund as it is December and I have still not received the replacement that was started in October. I was refunded half of my purchase price. I do not understand how I am receiving half of my payment back when it is no fault of my own. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. Will not order from here again. I have contacted this business multiple times to make it right, and they chose not to follow up or get back to me.

    This really was the perfect party for my 12 year old daughter. The girls had so much fun painting their pots. But I feel like they had even more fun picking out their plants. There were so many unique, cute plants to choose from, and it was definitely worth a reasonable supplemental surcharge to add 3 plants to their pots. To top everything off (and included in the price!), the decorative sands, rocks, and mini figures added a final layer of excitement and creativity to the whole experience. My daughter is already talking about going back.
