Not only they helped a few of my buyers secure financing to purchase their homes, but they also helped me, a real estate professional, purchase an investment property, at an amazing rate. Dan was always available when I needed to discuss something. Liz and Michelle are amazing, patient, professional and very knowledgeable. Dan does not likeTo help the people that don't really have much, or if he feels like he's not going to make a quick buck. I do not recommend concord!

Dan was very rude and unprofessional. I reached out to ask how much appraisals generally range and that I was looking to possibly go with a different lender than who I was working with currently as quickenloans tries to get 12,500 (after researching most places range between 3-5k for appraisals) he was rude and laughed and said "your looking for a different lender based on an appraisal cost? I said no for other reasons as well including grant options for first time home buyers he said he doesn't offer any grants and hung up on me after a rude Goodluck. Bad customer service. A grant wasn't a Dealbreaker bad service is.

We worked closely with Dan and Michelle to get our loan closed, and they were nothing short of fantastic! We had an awful, horrendous drawn out experience with a previous lender that almost cost us our dream home. They saved the day and had us closed in 21 days!
