        Now I remember why my wife and I drive to the Howell location. 3/4's of my burrito ended up on my plate, in under 1 minute of trying to eat it. They're also back to trying to hand you the card reader at the drive thru, always making sure to say it'll ask if you wanna leave a tip. Here is a tip, learn how to properly wrap a burrito. Plus, I DO NOT want to touch a card reader presumably everybody else is handed, the less times i have to do that the better especially inna drive-thru. And unless your job relies on tips, I think it is tacky to ask. Your food costs too much and the service is way too poor to garner a tip, other than ones that include info on how to improve yourselves as employees.

        I pick a choice off menu & they mess it up somehow ? how do you mess up your own menu item it suppsoed to come w pico & cream & it didnt , Only thing added was guacamole & sour cream so it shouldnt be messed up, pure laziness
