Our lawn service of many years decided not to show up this year, and we were late trying to find a substitute, since we kept assuming they'd come.  We found Dugan cutting other lawns in our subdivision, and he was willing to cut our lawn immediately and to send us a contract.  He came once or twice and then stopped showing up without explanation.  He also hasn't  billed us (payments pre-contract were in cash).  I get it if someone takes on more business than he can handle.  It happens.  But simply not showing up, as opposed to making a phone call or sending a note?  That's no way to treat a fellow human being, much less run a business.  Thumbs down!
