        Modern Lawn does not provide their services as requested or in a timely manner. In 2021 they were supposed to aerate our lawn in the fall and did not. It also appears they did not put down a post emergent as the lawn is infested (pictured) at the start of the 2022 season. They always have an excuse and your lawn will suffer for it. I would not recommend Modern Lawn to anyone that cares about their lawn. Service: Lawn care

        After each lawn application, I would find fertilizer all over my patio and driveway which resulted in hundreds of little rust spots that I got to spend hours cleaning up. After contacting the company, they said that they would try to be more careful. Nothing improved, so I will take my business elsewhere.
