Wouldnt come here again. Was headed out of town when I needed a nose ring urgently as I realized that mine fell out at some point and I wanted to make sure that it wouldnt close and I would have to get it repierced There was a sign on the door that said that they werent in and would be back at 3:30. This was at about 2:45. Not sure what was happening, but definitely not a reliable store to go to.

Katie is a darn saint and deserves a raise. She spent the better part of two hours pulling out every trick in the book, never breaking a sweat, to get my terrified 6-year old to finish her ear piercing. In the end she got the job done and they look beautiful. Thank you, Katie!

I got my ears pierced for the first time here. Autumn; the associate that helped us did a great job in educating us about the process and when she pierced my ears it was painless and it looks incredible. I highly recommend this Claire's location if you are looking to get your ears pierced.

The girl working the counter Had no idea what she was doing we were promised buy 3 get 3 free and ended up paying full price for 6 items even though the employee told us multiple times we would get three things free and even helped us pick out what she called our free stuff, my friends are non confrontational and were too shy to start an argument with her.
