        Avere was the technician that came out, very professional, courteous and honest. He took the time to explain the system (I'm new to geothermal), made some good recommendations and didn't try to sell me anything not needed. I'm going to setup a maintenance program with Haley and have them upgrade some thermostats in the near future, seems like a very reputable company that earned my business.
