****************** *Update to their response* The issues caused by Ed and his compete lack of attention to my case has caused me not to be able to see my children because the agreement was so poorly written that it is unenforceable. Livingston county family court and Ed Literski are an awful combination. His lack of care in crafting the agreement I was stuck with has caused me financial and emotional stress. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL LAW FIRM!! ********************** If I could give zero stars I would. I had to hire two attorneys since to fix the issues Ed Literski caused during my divorce. Do yourself a favor and keep shopping around.

I used 2 different lawyers from this firm. First one wouldn't keep me on due to conflict of interest but didn't mention this conflict during the trial. The second time I had the son and he agreed to things that I did not and lost me a lot of what I fought for in past because he didn't know I cared about those things so gave them to the other person for negotiation. He didn't file on time multiple times and it created issues in court. He also didn't remove himself once he was fired so I was not able to receive information on my case because it kept going to him. The courts sympathized and mailed me everything afterwards. I would go strongly discourage them for family court matters. I have gone without legal representation since with much better outcomes. In response to reply. You were fully aware of all issues as I requested a meeting with the owner before firing you. You were the first firm I went with actually. I planned on keeping you until I was told I could not keep you due to conflict of interest that existed during the trial. I have records of all text and email correspondence from 2007 with your firm. I do not trust you. I texted Matt Jr who said the same as the secretary they are sorry the lies are upsetting, but they are unaware of you asking me to call the firm and will speak to the advertising group about removing things I said I can disprove. Matt Jr. chose to be unprofessional again in his communications. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THESE ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE. I had hope time would have changed things but they continue to be a law firm that lies to and about the people they represent and that DOES NOT sit well with me. Very unprofessional, rude, and immoral. Is zero stars an option?
