        I wanted to get a personal loan and the loan officer was extremely helpful and split the interest from what other lenders were offering. Extremely helpful and saved me a lot of money in interest for the duration of my loan.

        I had a problem in that I never received a 1099 showing a RMD withdrawal from my account wasn't received in my mail months ago. The necessary transaction occurred last August on a maturing IRA. The required taxes were taken out as I requested but the 1099 was never received in my rural Mail Box. I discovered the lack of the document just before my Tax Account meeting. It took a team effort to extract the necessary info and form as well as Member Associates Machelle , Jessica, Darnell, Alex and Roxanne. Thank You for the diligent work to resolve my problem.

        Being in business for myself usually involves banking without a lot of time. I thought the new ability to deposit money through the ATM Drive Up was a time saving great idea, now with the ability to talk to an actual teller, all my needs were handled. Awesome!
