Jason identified several of my proof sets as silver (I had mis-identified them as standard sets) and paid me accordingly. Thank you.

Excellent coin shop with great staff. Large inventory with very reasonable prices and great customer service. The owners are very knowledgeable and refreshingly honest. In over 50 years of coin collecting this by far been my favorite coin shop!

Walked into the store and was completely ignored after driving thirty miles to buy a gift for my brother. Also, this place only takes cash, which I didn't know so I didn't bring cash either. It's simple, look at a customer who walks into your establishment and say, "Hello, I'll be with you in a minute". Not that difficult...

After obtaining some coins in a trust, we went into the store to sell a gold coin and were told that the coin was fake. Prior to going in there, we had already had the coins appraised elsewhere. In addition, we had all the paperwork at home but didn't bother bringing it since we had gone back and forth about selling it in the past and didn't think that we needed it. The only reason we had saved this one coin and sold the rest was because we were told that the year on the coin made it "rare". I'm sure walking in, we didn't look like much but the service we received was sub-par. They measured it, said it's fake, brought over another coin trying to prove the weight was off, and again told us yeah it's fake. Mind you, the coin was sealed in thick plastic. They never made mention that the machine could be misreading it due to that. The woman said it was fake and then the man looked at it and said the same and then said, it looks real but it's fake. They probably thought we were there to scam them but it was quite the opposite actually. I'm not sure if it was an honest mistake or if it was an attempt at tricking us into saying "oh the coin is trash so can you just toss it for us" (leaving a coin, being ignorant of the fact that we left something of actual value). We knew better. We then took it to another gold buyer who was actually very kind and informative who was telling us that there's been some issues known to happen with the machines with the thick plastic. They then asked our permission to cut it open to weigh it to make sure it was real. We said fine and NOT to our surprise, it was indeed real. Needless to say, we sold it and appreciated the customer service and expertise of the store we went to. Had to drive further out but it was well worth it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because our experience today has made us doubt their integrity. They didn't try to see if there was a mistake, didn't ask to cut open the plastic...nothing. It was just a five second weigh in and they said it's fake, which we knew with 0% doubt, was incorrect. If you are selling coins and are told it is fake, walk out and go somewhere else. If we wouldn't have, we would have left a couple thousand dollars on the table. Know what and who a you are dealing with. Not to mention, their attitudes were just not very welcoming. I overlooked that since we were there to do business, not to make friends. After they told us it was fake, I repeatedly said are you serious? For real? I honestly couldn't believe what I was hearing. Three different shops told us it was real (plus we had the paperwork from the original sale) and this place told us it was fake...you do the math. After our experience today, I wouldn't do any business there at all. We don't trust them. "Don't judge a book by its cover" - this is how we felt today.

You were here for less than 2 minutes because you didn't bring cash, not because you were ignored. You could see that I was in the middle of helping another customer, checking them out and counting money. And yes, we are CASH only. If I drove 30 miles, I may have waited for at least 3 minutes.

We put the coin on our metal verifier and it did not test for gold. We then got a gold maple leaf from our case that was also in PLASTIC and put it on the tester to show you how the tester reacts when it’s gold. The tester can read through the plastic. If our metal verifier shows us a coin is not gold then we will not buy the coin. We never said we wanted the coin, we had no interest in the coin and for you to get on google and say that we we’re attempting to “trick” you so that you would leave the coin is ludicrous, not to mention flat out slanderous. You were the one with the attitude, as soon as we said it wasn’t testing for gold your reaction was a snotty “Are you serious?” “Are you serious?” “Really?” “Really?” “That coin is from a trust.” So because its from a trust that means it has to be real? Um no. Did the other shop test the metal of the coin or just weigh it? We have an $800 metal verifier so that we don't buy fake gold. I’m not sure why you would take such offense to us testing a coin which we have every right to do and refusing to purchase it from you. I don’t care how many other shops you went to who said it was real, if I can’t verify a coin for authenticity then I will not buy it and my customers appreciate that since they know we will NEVER sell them a fake coin. You saw with your own eyes how the tester showed no bar in the brackets when your coin was on it versus when I put a gold coin from our case on it. You were watching the entire time and I explained what the tester was supposed to do. It’s all on video as well.
