      image Took my 22 ram 1500 in it would not start, Tyler in the service department was professional and informative. They diagnosed my truck, ordered the part and had it replaced in less than 48 hours five star for sure.

      image We waited for the call to bring our car in and never heard from anyone so it took repeated calls to get the part ordered and then installed. Definitely some miscommunication on the service departments part!

      image An oil change and tire rotation shouldn't take 2 hours and 45 minutes when you have an appointment. And when you pull into the service garage, it shouldn't take 10 mins for someone to ask to help you because they are all on their phones! Frustrating! Then someone shows you the air filter they are going to change but then it doesn't get changed. Not good service. Either honor appt times or schedule better so people feel like their time is respected.
