Papa Joe's Appliance Repair

They have been a great resource as well as service! Weve had 2 appliances fail with in a few months, Papa Joes serviced a repair, gave honest feedback AND then recommendations about replacement WITHOUT pushing their service to repair or recommended replacement. Again, we called for second appliance repair. They inquired more information over the phone and this time simply recommended replacement. They were more than happy to share information about which brand we should navigate towards. It was very kind of them and we appreciated that they dont try capture a sale but lead a consumer HONESTLY!

Papa Joes had come out to my home to service my dryer, and Ryan was nothing but professional and thorough. A few months later, I needed a repair he had recommended down the line and had called to schedule it with him. Ultimately, I needed to cancel my appointment due to issues with my gas line (that required a plumber and was not a service papa Joes offers). When I called to do this, Joe answered the phone and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Service: Dryer repair

Papa Joe is great! They came out quickly and corrected the problem with our oven. While he was here he also checked the dryer vents at no charge and noticed an extremely dangerous set up we had in the basement with our dryer vent. He had people come out to fix it immediately! He is also very reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend using Papa Joe!

Oven stopped working on a Saturday and they were able to fit us into their schedule. Very professional and promptly replaced the igniter. Very pleased with their work.

We received great service from Papa Joe's. The person on the phone understood our problem and helped us troubleshoot. Her advice was perfect and saved us from having to replace our refrigerator. The technician was very smart and experienced and explained everything thoroughly. And he was available on the same day that we called. We are very happy.
