Update: In the spring of 2021, Arcadia Gardens did send a crew out (unprompted) to address the areas of failure. I was initially impressed by their follow through. However, they merely applied sand and did not activate it with water after application. This occurred because we were given no notice of their arrival beforehand (I literally almost stumbled upon the worker as I brought my dog back into the yard), and our exterior water was not turned on for the season yet. When we turned it on at their request, a pipe burst in our basement and so we attended to that immediate need. By the time we returned outdoors to direct the crew to another outdoor spigot (10-15 minutes later), they were gone for the day, presumably the end of their working shift. There was no communication, no follow- up, and our patio is no better than the disappointing results we had within months of installation. The design and stones are beautiful, but the polymer sand never hardened and has multiple holes. When I sweep debris from the patio (as instructed), I sweep up as much sand as I do anything else. Unfortunately, we will likely need to repair this on our own sooner rather than later. I am frustrated with having to reach out Murillo email times just to get the job done right. A simple follow up after job completion would help to ensure customer satisfaction.
We had a flagstone patio installed in the spring Of 2020. There were several areas of failure in the polymer sand used between the stones. After posting a review here, the owner followed up in a professional manner and offered to rectify the situation next spring. He was also able to offer some advice about maintenance that was not previously shared. Rating has been upgraded in light of this positive experience and will consider upgrading further once the issue has been resolved satisfactorily.

We have been using Arcadia for many years and continue to be impressed with their talent, professionalism and quality services. They take our style into account when designing a project for us, as well as offering advice when we are stuck on how to put the finishing touches on our landscaping. We appreciate how they go above and beyond to make sure we get the best service possible. They just landscape my mothers front yard .never showed her a plan, just sent a price. It is planted with larger plants along the grass and small plants next to the house. They were to add more rock and just put a little in spots. Disappointed beyond words.
