Rips off subcontractors. If you are a small firm please note that you're best bet is to stay away from this. They will not pay subs; they will write NSF checks then blame you as a sub to try to not pay. Its time to band together against firms like this.

Company rips off sub contractors and vendors. They dont pay for work and materials used. Seems no one is in charge or answers the phones/emails. The promise change orders are approved then after work is completed claim they never were. Project, managers and superintendents are constantly switched out on the project. Seems nobody knows where the accounting actually sits if it was filed. The projects finish like trash And I have no clue why clients go to them. The only thing that makes sense to me, is their lowest numbers because they rip off The subcontractors

This company doesnt pay their vendors on time. Actually they dont pay at all and dont response on their mails, or calls. Everyone be aware of them. Scammers.

Wouldn't do business with these people unless you had an iron clad contract with them, and even then I probably wouldnt do it. They lie and dont pay invoices they are responsible for. Service: Interior finishing
