Lasr minute trip up to ski at Boyne Mountain The staff was great very friendly. Enjoyed the conversation. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. King bed was so comfortable. Beautiful views. Walking distance to town. I will be back to stay again.

Was headed up to Boyne for a work trip and was worried about some of the options in the area. Boyne area gentlemen recommended the Water Street Inn and it was terrific. Very large apartment like rooms. Full kitchen, private bedroom, and a balcony with waterfront and beautiful sunset views across the lake. The only downside was the air conditioning is limited to window units. However they do a decent job once you have them running awhile. For the pricing this is a great value for an incredibly clean and easy to get to room. Rooms: Beautiful rooms, very large and very well kept. Walkability: Walking distance to most of the town as well as the docks. Bars. Restaurants, clothing, grocery and more all within walking distance.

Best place to take your family prime location, and the service is wonderful if you want to get a Beautiful Hill, Vetchain Charlevoix, especially during the fall

Came here for a work trip and the condo is fantastic. Great view of the lake, and within walking distance of the things to do in the downtown area. The AC unit isn't the best but got the job done eventually, but the rest of the furnishings are comfortable and fit the aesthetic of the area well. Rooms: The rooms are spacious and clean, with a kitchenette to cook and large shower. Nearby activities: While there isn't much to do in Boyne city, there are several shops and nearby nature areas to visit. Walkability: Well within walking distance of the majority of the things to do

We have stayed at Water Street Inn for a few days for each of the past 5 summers. The location is fantastic with a wonderful view of the lake. As units are individually owned so some are more tastefully decorated than others, but all are clean and fairly well equipped. The grounds and building are very well maintained. We return due to the location, the variety of units and the ability to rent for less than a week (or month) when that firs our needs.
