Property Care Inc installed a vinyl plank flooring for us last year and it has been flawless thus far. They removed an old tile floor, carpeting, and screwed down osb to prevent squeaks. Theyre professionalism and attention to detail was second to nun.

Property Care Hardwood installed new flooring in the main level of our home. They tore out the existing tile in the kitchen and dining room, the carpet in the great room and office, and the already existing hardwood in the entryway. Then they installed ~1000 square feet of solid 3/4 inch Acacia hardwood flooring.
When we initially met with them to get a quote, they were very polite and professional. They answered all of our questions, and gave us a price on the spot, which was nice since some other companies took a couple days to get back to us with the quote. Their price was squarely in the middle of the other quotes we received, and the amount of time they needed to do the job was reasonable.
Their distributor didn't have enough of the wood we wanted to do the job, and it took a couple of months for them to get more. During the wait, we contacted them a few times with questions and they were very helpful every time.
When they came to do the work, they showed up on time each day and the work proceeded smoothly. They were very polite and professional, and always took time to answer our questions when we had them. They even helped us move some furniture back into the kitchen, which wasn't on the quote.
They finished the work right on time and cleaned up when they left. The quality of the work is excellent. The attention to detail they showed while installing the wood really shows that they care about doing a good job. The new floors look amazing, and we're very happy with them.
