Christopher Gross provided superb service in helping my 87-year-old father sell his condo in Michigan, after my father had moved to the state of Ohio. Chris is very transparent, provided updated information on showings and feedback, and he was available for us at any time. Having my father, as well as myself and my three siblings, all in different states, Chris worked with us via zoom meetings, group emails, phone calls and texts to make sure all of us were informed. Having to work with a senior, Chris was patient and explained the entire process in detail for my dad. Chris was a pleasure to work!

We really enjoyed working with Chris! My fianc and were first time homebuyers and were unsure of the whole process but Chris took the time to walk us through everything. He will not sell you fear and hes very patient and professional! He took the time to walk us through every house and answer every one of our questions in a timely manner until we found our dream house. I highly recommend working with him, especially if youre a first time home buyer. We will DEFINITELY be working with Chris if we buy a new home in the future!

I have been working with Chris for the last couple months and can now happily say I am the proud owner of a condo I love. It goes without saying that Chris's help was instrumental in finding the right location - as a first time home buyer I went in relatively uninformed and relied on Chris to help guide me through various parts of the process. Needless to say I am very satisfied with my new home and owe that in large part to Chris's efforts. One thing in particular I want to highlight, and the reason I ended up working with Chris to begin with, is because he doesn't sugar coat anything. One of the reasons I felt uneasy going in to the home buying process was that I was very wary of agents or sellers looking to leverage my lack of experience to secure a better deal somehow at my expense, whether that be paying the wrong price or ending up in a home that was misrepresented in some way. And I did get that feeling from a number of realtors I worked with before I met Chris. Chris, however, was straightforward and honest - he wasn't glossing over the less attractive qualities or infrastructural concerns of a property just to get to close. I passed on a number of properties largely due to concerns Chris had that he relayed to me, and I'm glad I did. I could go on but suffice it to say I couldn't be happier with my new home and I would whole-heartedly recommend Chris to any of my friends or family looking to buy a home.
