Recently used this company to obtain my new notary. After submitting everything in November and waiting a few weeks I was concerned reading some of the reviews and still not receiving anything so I called in and spoke to Kim who was very helpful in explaining the process to give me a better understanding which put me at ease. Just a few days after my application was approved and notary # assigned by the state. They followed up via email to let me know anytime they had an update which was very helpful and much appreciated. Overall I am very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

Love the company!!!! have been working with them through out my whole process of becoming a notary!!!! response to email very quickly!!!!!! always answer phones and any question I have had. Just ordered my supplies, cant wait to receive them!!!!! Great prices!!!! i looked at many other places including amazon and this was my best option

Terrible customer service. I send them application in June 23,2023. Today is august 26, 2022 I don't have my stamp or my lic . STAY AWAY from this company!!!

Oh I'll get right to the point or see I'm not the only one that gets to the point! I had my notary stamp stolen! The Lost feeling you have and the worry that goes with it. I have my renewal in with this company. Once I got myself together just a little bit not enough I called in for a notary stamp insecure in the feeling that they were stamping right along with my ordering if you know what I mean. I ordered the stamp with a 3-day delivery I ordered it April 11th it is now April 20th your 3-day delivery there's no start till after your 7 to 10 days that they get it made. That's extra money honey. So my suggestion if you use this company for your notary experience don't thank you
