I can't believe I have to do this, but here's a one-star Google review for this place. I had the misfortune of dealing with a bank teller named Indie (or India) at this location, and let me tell you, it was a complete nightmare. So, I pull up to the drive-through, right? I've done over 10,000 deposits in my time, so I know the drill. I send my stuff through the tube and wait. And wait. No response. I finally hit that call button, expecting a simple "hello" or "good morning" and an estimate of how long I'll be waiting you know, basic customer service stuff. But oh no, not here. After making me wait for ages, this Indie lady finally picks up and says "good morning" like she's doing me a favor. I start explaining what I need, and boom, she cuts me off! "Sir, it's gonna be a minute; we're busy with the people inside." Seriously? A little heads-up would've been nice instead of the rude interruption. So, I think maybe I'll get a better response if I go inside. Nope, wrong again. I ask if there's a more polite way to use the drive-through, and what do I get? "We're busy, and we'll get to you when we get to you." Are you kidding me? These folks seriously need a crash course in customer service. I mean, come on, it's not rocket science. If they can't figure out how to be polite and communicate with customers, maybe they should find a different line of work. This kind of service is absolutely infuriating and completely unacceptable.
