The DRYmedic staff helped me when a horrible water disaster occurred in my home. They made themselves available to me 24/7, answered every question and helped me communicate with my insurance company. Kyle, Lauren and Tyler were knowledgable about the whole process of remediation, demolition, temporary housing, loss of belongings and storage while I started over. I mean it when I say that they were invaluable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I had an unfortunate water loss in my home and called a couple restoration companies. I chose DRY medic because they were so kind and quick to respond. They scheduled to come out to my house immediately while others had no sense of urgency. They did an amazing job packing up all my contents and drying all the water. They tore out all the damage and cleaned after theirselves.
They were so accommodating with my schedule. I don't remember all the names but Christina from contents was amazing. She constantly kept in touch and followed up with me throughout the process. Her team also did a great job putting all my contents back away when it was delivered which was the best part. All I had to do was tell them where I wanted my stuff put.

Last November my basement flooded. Not a lot, but enough to damage the floor and some of the walls. I called Drymedic and they came out the same day and started working the very next day. I have to say this was the most efficient company I've ever worked with. They handled everything through my insurance, they worked around my schedule, they even protected my entryway, hallway and stairs going to the basement. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and they worked until the job they came to do was finished. From pulling up my floor and replacing it, to fixing my walls and moldings then painting them, to packing up all of my things (storing them and returning them- thank you for the great job Lindsay), they were meticulous. I was impressed. Best of all, everyone was really patient and pleasant to deal with. I don't recall of the the names of all the people involved, however Brigitte was my contact person and I cannot say enough about the great job she did.
