Chase Bank

I don't believe 5 stars can adequately convey how exceptional my experience was today.I walked in today to open an account and in less than 5 minutes, I was promptly greeted by David Koki. Words truly fall short in describing David's excellence; he not only assisted me extensively but also provided a comprehensive overview of my account and beyond. His passion for his job is palpable, and his commitment to helping individuals manage their finances and achieve their goals is truly commendable.I was done with everything in 30 minutes.Thank you so much for your help David :)

I walked into open a bank account 45 minutes before they closed for my daughter. I finally had time during the week to do so as I work 6 days a week and a guy walks out of the office ask me what I need and goes Im too backed up to do that today. That is the wrong answer to say to a client who has been banking with you for over 30 years. You could have said let me see if someone is available and offered me an option to wait or anything else. I will not be going back to this location. Not properly trained on how to greet people.

usually they are very nice, but this time I waited for 20 minutes as I was asked to wait and no one helped the bank was not busy at all! I waited from 12:05 till 12:30

Just went to this office to get a medallion stamp to transfer my moms shares. Im not sure if he was the office manager (tall caucasian gentlemen in the corner office)He notarized all my forms but REFUSED to do a medallion stamp and made up an excuse as to why he couldnt. He mentioned some story about someone coming in from the Philippines..So I took my business to another Chase location down the street and had it done in less than 2 mins! I felt discriminated against. I wont be going back to this branch!

Every branch that I visited, I am treated with the utmost respect! They take the time to answer questions I may have. Some I have even got to know on a first name basis! So happy to have my accounts with a competent bank!
