        Brandon saved us. Three furnaces all went out in the same week. He saved us money, saved us from freezing and explained everything!

        They didn't do a thorough check on all of the furnace. They failed to check out the hoses which caused a leak that cost me to repair the furnace. It was an active leak but they were to busy with other customers and it was leaking from the furnace.told me I needed a plumber. It costs me $4,000 to replace my floor. Service: Heating system repair

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed by the qualify of our service and for the delay in response. It is not uncommon when a cleaning is done for there to be residual 'gunk' in inaccessible areas that comes loose and plugs up a hose. I am unsure why you were recommended to a plumber for a condensate leak, that was an error and likely a misunderstanding on our part.
