        I was excited about coming back here to eat and when we arrived I witnessed an employee exit,what i assume to be the kitchen door, with a clear food container on his way to the white refrigerator located to the right of the entrance. He opened the door to the outdoor fridge and left it open, lighted up a smoke with the door open and proceeded to smoke.He was also covered in sweat( working in the kitchen is a lot of work and likely hot, It was busy) he proceeded to wipe all the sweat off his face as he had a food container in his hand. He had no gloves on and then went in,handled food and came out with Green peppers in the clear container( looked like big jalapeos or similar.) This was all simply unacceptable for any place serving food to the public! My family was starving and excited to join yall for dinner.This turned my stomach and we turned around and left. Management this should be addressed with your staff. This incident happened sometime around 6:30 PM today in case you need to review your cameras to confirm.

      As the Owner, I take our cleanliness and employee hygiene very seriously. I do appreciate you letting us know what you saw so that we can correct the situation. I truly apologize and we have now implemented new employee practices on where to smoke. We hope you visit us again soon!
