        Parking meters barely ever read your card, been parking here two years and have to swipe multiple times every time. Have also been stuck where it won't read my card more than twice. Half the time there is no one to help you get out They really need newer machines, every person I see go in has to swipe multiple times unless they're a monthly pass holder. Edit 2023: parking meters are updated, added a few stars

        If you get stuck in this parking lot. Good luck getting out soon. :( :( :( I needed to pick up my son from daycare... If I dont pick him up in timeI would be charged an extra fee. I swiped my card and the machine took my money but the gate didnt lift. I called the number provided and no one picked up. Many cars started to back up behind me and then they got angry at me. No one is on site to help you out. I left voice mail after voice mail each time I called. Luckily my husband could pick up my son from daycare so we didnt get the added fee. No one has returned my call to give an apology or to tell me how to handle this if it happens again without waiting forever. I am so upset.
