DeLong Landscaping

Our community contracted with DeLong for snow removal. In 30+ years of working with snow removal companies DeLong is the worst. The destruction of landscaping caused by their plow trucks is unacceptable. I paid for snow removal to be done by hand on my driveway and they never got it right. Not only that, but they used their plow trucks to push snow up my driveway and piling it in my yard, which caused my grass to die. Repairs in the spring were promised but never done. DeLong also sub-contracts some/all of the work and has no control over the workers. Run don't walk away from this company!

When my elderly mother lost her regular lawn service provider due to the COVID shutdown, we reached out to Jason.  He responded promptly and took good care of her yard at a fair price. When discussing seasonal snow removal, he also offered to do the fall clean up at a very fair price so we have contracted with him for both.  The primary reason for leaving this 5-star review is that Jason has been EXTREMELY professional, responsive, and fair.  Having had some extremely poor experiences with other commercial providers, this is both refreshing and appreciated. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for residential yard services.

Jason and team did a great job this summer cutting/trimming and an excellent job with fall clean up. Very reasonably priced.

DeLong Landscaping fixed our back yard in Aug. 2022. We had drainage issues and would have standing water much of the spring. There were times we could not mow the back yard until May or June because it was just too wet. We had areas that were all moss because it was just too wet for too long. Jason and his crew graded & removed low spots, installed multiple French Drains, added a mulch garden in the back, added stone landscaping around our above ground pool, planted sod, planted a few Arborvitae and some landscape grasses around an electrical box. Now we have had a lot of rain in the spring of 2023 and there is no standing water and we can easily access the back yard not long after it stops raining. We have even been able to mow the lawn multiple times and it is still April. It is so nice to be able to actually use our back yard. I definitely recommend DeLong Landscaping.
