The products are definitely of great quality, and the store is well-kept and inviting. The only problem I saw there today was the consistent disrespect some of the younger employees had against the employee with Down Syndrome who was doing a wonderful job greeting and helping customers. One of the bully employees actually said I would be scared if I saw him walking up to me in the dark among other disturbing comments after the person walked away. This mindset should be addressed by management immediately because it was genuinely painful to witness, as someone who also has family members with disabilities.

Want to say thank you soooo much to Suzie. Google showed the hours as open 11-8pm (aparently for next door) we showed up at 6:10pm after they just closed. She was kind enough to let us in to make our purchases. She definitely did not have to do that. It helped us out so much since we drove 2hrs to get there. She deserves an award for being so awesome.

Im so happy to have this store in downtown Birmingham. Its nice to shop in person and this is my favorite place to do it! Our family shops here all the time and the staff are the best!
