        Waited in drive thru at the window for 30 minutes. Missed our movie showtime. I would understand if there was a bunch of orders ahead of us or if they were understaffed but there were at least 6 people in sight, possibly more in the back. Absolutely outrageous, could have gone back and made the order myself. They were too concerned about taking more orders than the people already waiting. Poor management.
