Birchwood Farms

This is my boyfriend and I first time renting a place and the ladies in the office have been nothing but kind, patient, and overly helpful! With me calling almost everyday with a new question they never seemed to get tired of me and made me very aware that I was important to them! I thank both of these ladies in the office for their patience and their understand of everything thats been going on!

Ive lived in Birchwood farms for 10 plus years. Ive read the reviews on management and maintenance and would like to put my 2 cents in. Just because a community has rules to keep YOUR community up to a certain standard, doesnt mean you have to shoot the messenger. Im sure dealing with 120 plus occupants every month is a daunting task and impossible to make everyone happy. Ive driven through other manufactured home parks and they are not nearly as nice as Birchwood farms. Besides the old community manager is no longer employed through BWF. Taylor the new manager Ive spoken to a few times and shes been nothing but cordial and professional. Just a cpl of weeks ago my water heater started to leak. The water heater was 20ish years old and there was a water main break in downtown Birch Run which Im sure added a bunch of mineral and sentiment to the lines. I called Taylor and told her what was going on. Not 10 minutes later Nick and Tim from the maintenance crew were knocking at my door. They came in started to drain the old water heater and were back within the half hour with a new water heater and had it installed in no time. From start to finish the whole process didnt even take 2 hours! Nick and Tim kept my floors clean, and were super professional. They asked if I had any other problems they could address which I didnt. They said goodbye and shut the door behind them like they were never even here. This isnt my first go around with Nick from maintenance. I had a garbage disposal problem, and a blower motor issue on the furnace. Dude shows up in no time and always fixes it right the first time with a smile and the quickness. The management and maintenance crews take their jobs seriously and make Birchwood Farms a great place to live. A++ to them. BTW. You get what give. I say come be my neighbor here at Birchwood Farms.
