Chad was referred to us to evaluate a lake property we were considering to buy. He traveled the 90 miles and blew us away with the details he provided in his report. Everything from septic system conditions to well quality and drainage concerns. His final report was extremely detailed and he answered all of our questions and provided suggestions for every aspect of the property. I would highly recommend Chad to anyone considering a new or 2nd home purchase.

In my opinion, the most important step in a home purchase is the home inspection. The price and location of a property mean nothing if there is significant damage or hidden issues, which could result in costly repairs. Before committing to any property purchase, I rely heavily on the expertise of my home inspector. I would highly recommend Chad and Fisher Home Inspections. For my two home inspections, Chad was responsive, efficient, and thorough. His years of experience in all aspects of construction was apparent, based on his knowledge and attention to detail. There was no question that he could not answer. He took the time to communicate possible issues and possible repair solutions, both in person and in his report. His inspection report was timely and unbiased. It was easy to read, included marked up photos, and provided a detailed record of the condition of the property. If you want an inspector that tells you what you want to hear, versus telling you what you need to know, then dont select Chad. If you want an inspector that is diligent, honest and reliable, then select Chad and Fisher Home Inspections.
