        Well I gave Lume a second chance and I'm super happy I did. The manager Mike was awesome, and after speaking to him he assured me the people who made my first experience here a bad one are no longer with them. He was super kind and exceptionally professional. I will be back very soon. Thanks again!

        Great staff, extremely educated and always make you feel welcome in the store. I go here over any other store because of their rewards program, and the staff. I used to go to elite in Mount Morris but Im glad we have something in Birch Run now. Ive been to high Society here in Birch Run as well and its just not the same vibe. Birch Run Lume has excellent customer service and amazing quality product, and I never leave feeling like I spent too much. Store Manager Micheal is friendly and informative, and always recognizes his regulars. Josh is great too and always gets me set up right. Thank you all!
