      image They did my taxes with no issues, however my wife died in November, and my state tax return came in both our names. I couldn't deposit it without her signature. I'm aware of form 1310 and went to this hr block, the guy that claims to be a tax professional had never heard of form 1310 and told me this was my problem and it was between me and my bank. He refused to help, isn't hr block supposed to help with any tax issues, especially when they should have filed the form 1310 when they did my taxes and didn't. This is their fault but don't expect any help after they get paid.
